Yes, you’ll need to fill out our registration form to gain access to the event. Please fill in the registration form with some basic information to get started. Retailers and Distributors can attend this show for free.
The information you provide upon registration will only be used to establish you as a user on the platform and to create your login credentials. It will not be used for any other purposes.
Yes, the vFairs platform is compatible with any computer or mobile device and any browser.

The event will be on demand indefinitely, however we may make updates and changes to the platform periodically. Make sure to keep checking back in to see our newest features in action!
The show will be live for 24 hours from 8am BST on the 25th September to 8am BST on the 26th September. You can login throughout those 24 hours as much as you like. The platform will remain accessible for 30 days after the event has closed, so you can continue to log back in and connect with the brands via their chosen contact details.
You can speak directly to the brands on their booths via the instant messaging feature. You can also schedule phone and video calls, as well as leaving your company information directly with the booth.
Of course! We encourage multicategory buyer registrations as brands from all beauty and wellness categories will be in attendance at the show.
